I have connected the aerial supplied but cannot find any channels.
You might be outside the digital TV reception area. Try connecting a roof aerial. If this still doesn't help, you should find out the coverage conditions for your location. Does the product support Mpeg4?
The product does not support Mpeg4. This product will not work if the digital transmission network in your area uses Mpeg4. I have downloaded TV Jukebox from the website, but I need an installation code. How do I get this code?
Write an e-mail to info@sandberg.it attaching a copy of your proof of purchase and we will send you a code. I have downloaded TV Jukebox 3.5 with Windows 7 from your website – but I still can't get it to work. Why?
If you have the previous version of the adapter, i.e. if it looks different to the one shown on the picture here, it will unfortunately not work with Windows 7.
